FIELD: medicine, phthisioorthopedics. SUBSTANCE: cotyloid cavitary bottom defect is substituted with autotransplant out of resected femoral caput or ilium's wing to be formed for 1- 1.5 cm larger against cotyloid cavitary bottom defect to keep it in tuberculostatic (rifampicin, isoniazide) solution for 20 min to be then introduced into defect's area; one should perform preliminary washing defect's area with antiseptic solution and antitubercular preparation and fix it with reinforced antiprotrusion netting to be fixed to the edges of cotyloid cavity with the help of screws. After this, endoprosthesis cup is fixed to the cavity with osseous cement to provide stable fixation of endoprosthesis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of osseous plasty. 3 cl, 2 dwg
