FIELD: ultrasonic cleaning of filter elements and filter stacks of liquid systems of flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: method includes action of flushing liquid on filter elements and filter stacks where ultrasonic oscillations are excited by means of ultrasonic piezoelectric unit which includes ultrasonic generators or ultrasonic generator; device may be mounted in any airfield room: in special rooms or in flight hangers or air bases or centers and technical units ; alkali flushing solutions or liquids intended for fuel or hydraulic systems of flying vehicle are used as flushing fluid; cleaning is effected at rotary motion of articles; ultrasonic generators are supplied from ground airfield or on-board AC or DC sources or from self-contained airfield mobile unit.
