SUBSTANCE: method consists in subjecting the article to action of washing liquid where ultrasonic oscillations are excited by means of ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer including ultrasonic generators (or generator); device for cleaning aircraft filter elements and filter stacks is placed on board of flying vehicle as standard on-board equipment or spare equipment or on ground; fuel found on board, kerosene or oil in particular may be used as washing liquid; ultrasonic generators (or generator) are supplied from on-board or ground AC or DC sources.
