FIELD: mechanical engineering; power takeoff mechanisms of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, proposed engine has driving pinion installed on extension of crankshaft, idler gear cluster, gear to takeoff power for drive of internal consumers and flywheel secured by bolts on crankshaft extension. Engine is furnished with additional power takeoff shaft for drive of external consumers provided with flange and kinematically coupled with idler gear cluster. Driving pinion is secured on crankshaft by flywheel attachment bolts. Gears of different modules are used in idler gear cluster. Gear transmitting torque to drive of additional power takeoff shaft has greater module, and flange of additional shaft is directed to the same side as engine flywheel. EFFECT: improved functional capabilities without increasing overall dimensions of engine. 2 dwg
