FIELD: road safety. SUBSTANCE: device is related to systems and equipment securing road safety, it can also be used in systems controlling motor vehicles. Device controlling road safety has speed transmitter, information storage circuit, control desk, timer, microcomputer, display, second speed transmitter and controller. First and second speed transmitters and control desk are connected correspondingly to first, second and third inputs of microcomputer which first and second outputs are connected to display and controller. First and second inputs/outputs of microcomputer are connected correspondingly to information storage circuit and timer. Signals from transmitters of vehicle controls are fed to fourth input of microcomputer and output of controller can be coupled to external devices.
