FIELD: construction, road engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for assessment of runway surface evenness is intended for micro-evening-out and assessment of artificial coating evenness. Positive effect of suggested device for assessment of runway surface evenness consists in automation of the whole micro-evening-out process of aerodrome coat surface, which makes it possible to permanently monitor condition and dynamics of evenness variation and accordingly strength of airfield surface. Device comprises dynamic converter of profile and software-computer complex. Dynamic converter of profile comprises evenness sensor, metering wheel, microcontroller, receiver of satellite navigation system, control panel, increment sensor, vibration sensor, noise sensor, memory unit, liquid-crystal display and adjustment of device calibration. Software-computer complex comprises computer with program of information processing and database on assessment of aerodrome coat surface evenness and printer. On completion of micro-evening-out of aerodrome coat surface, memory unit is disconnected from microcontroller and is connected to computer of software-computer complex, where, in compliance with information processing program, surface evenness is assessed.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of micro-evening out and assessment of artificial coat evenness.
