FIELD: experimental parasitology. SUBSTANCE: method involves obtaining trematode eggs from genital organs of sexually mature helminths ; cultivating in 0.3-0.4% urea solution (pH 6.7-6.9) at optimal temperature. Method allows life of larvae to be increased (up to 36 days) and invasive capacity to be maintained for 4-6 days. EFFECT: simplified method and increased larvae yield. 1 tbl
