FIELD: medicine, nephrology, juvenile hemodialysis. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with efferent methods of detoxication and could be, also, used during hemodialysis in children with unstable hemodynamics and in small children in case of acute renal failure and intoxications. For this purpose, the method deals with filling an extracorporal contour with blood. Moreover, circulation rate in dialyzer is established to be 200 ml/min, and the rate for blood sampling and blood return along circulatory route is about 100 ml/min. Thus, hemodialysis is carried out at 50% recirculation of autoblood. The present method prevents sharp alterations of blood osmolarity and hypotension.
