Abstract RU 2193450 C1

FIELD: grinding equipment for natural shelf. SUBSTANCE: loading trunnion has casing equipped with opening for inclined slide of movable hopper adapted for feeding lump material. Casing has internal cylindrical surface and flange joining with mill drum. Mill has L-shaped housing positioned inside casing and connected by welded joint to radial-annular partition wall, which is welded at both sides to part of internal cylindrical surface of casing. Casing is equipped with bearing holding shoulders and with conical inlet opening extending axially of internal cylindrical surface and reducing in direction of feeding of lump material. Total height of L-shaped housing and radial-annular partition wall is less than axial extension of movable hopper slide. Radial-annular partition wall is provided with enclosing cone attached to its surface by welding and equipped with annular projection. Compensator fixed to annular projection has lining sections, each of inclined sections being located inside compensator and having central radial extending plate and inclined plates. L-shaped casing has radial blades for returning spilled material onto hopper slide. Joint flange has openings, shoulder and ribs arranged on flange outer surface and having curved surfaces. Ribs are provided with elliptical slots. Shoulder for holding bearing is made in the form of rim with radial channel. For welding parts, internal annular bores are formed in surfaces of slot to provide for intensified heating-through of metal mass in portions to be welded, when radial sections of bodies of rotation are filled with mass of electrode.
