FIELD: processes and equipment for disintegrating materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes drum with balls and receiving hopper in the form of combination type metallic structure with three slideways and finning. Small slideway of hopper crosses inner opening of bearing assembly in which drum rim is arranged. Inner portion of drum rim along axis of bearing assembly has annular rib whose opening crosses small slideway. Said annular rib is rigidly joined with receiving rotary cone having inner ducts. Cone body is rigidly joined with main structure of rotary drum divided by sections. Toothed rim is provided with guard having additional rigidity ribs. In opposite end of apparatus sleeve is mounted in opening of another rotary bearing assembly. Supporting unit includes rotary pinion and it is shifted towards axis of drive provided with row of bearing assemblies mounted with possibility of kinematic engagement of main shaft of drive with gear wheel. Process for disintegrating materials is combined with procedure of wetting them by liquid. Hydraulic supporting units are used in order to reduce noise and to realize possibility for mounting rotary drum at operation process. EFFECT: improved efficiency of disintegration process. 3 dwg
