FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft and space, electric, motor car, and instrumental engineering, more particularly to composites based on glass matrices reinforced by continuous carbon fillers. Composite includes glass matrix (60-66%) containing silica and boron trioxide and, as reinforcing carbon filler, high-strength polyacrylonitrile-based bundle (34-40%), said glass matrix additionally containing SiOC with following proportions of components, wt %: SiO2 58.9-69.3, B2O3 13.5-15, and SiOC 15.7-27.6. All components are environmentally, fire- and explosion-safe. EFFECT: increased phase thermostability and level of breakdown bending stress and raised working temperature range above 300 C. 2 cl, 2 tbl
