FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the composite materials, namely to the composite materials based on the glass-ceramic matrices reinforced with carbon fillers and intended for production of the heat loaded assemblies and pieces working at temperatures up to 1300°C in aerospace technology and ground, power-producing, petrol- and gas-transfer pumping and transporting systems as well as in new branches of general and special engineering. The new ceramic composite material including the glass-ceramic matrix and carbon fiber filler is claimed with matrix containing the following components, wt %: CaO 2.9-4.1; BaO 2.8-4.3; MgO 6.5-10.1; Al2O3 14.2-17.3; SiO2 - the rest. The preferential ratio of glass-ceramic matrix and carbon fiber filler masses is: (60.5-73.5):(26.5-39.5).
EFFECT: enhancing of material heat resistance at working temperatures up to 1300°C; the claimed ceramic composite material is environmentally compatible, explosion- and flameproof.
