FIELD: biotechnology, food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel detected strain of Bacillus species IZP-04 NII KKM GNTS VB "Vector" V-846. Strain grows on different nutrient media at 6-42 C, optimal growth temperature is 22-32 C, cells are gram-positive, they form spores, respiration type is aerobic. Strain shows the expressed antimycotic activity and resistance to tetracycline and levomycetin, it lets sour milk actively for 6-10 h with formation of dense clot with acidity 70-90 T. Prepared fermented-milk foodstuffs show curative-prophylaxis effect in dysbacteriosis. Invention can be used in production of foodstuffs and biopreparations normalizing gastroenteric tract microflora.
