FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has housing with rotors rotating of shaft. According to invention, rotors are made in form of disks secured on shaft. Radial slot is made on one or disks of larger diameter. Depth of slot steplessly increases from zero value of maximum value on first half of arc of circumference and gradually decreases from maximum value to zero value on second half-of arc. Combustion chamber is made in form of coaxial outer, middle and inner cylinders nested one inside the other. Outer cylinder is divided by plane into semicylinders first of which is rigidly secured in housing and second one being simultaneously a piston, is located in slot of larger diameter rotor for displacement relative to first semicylinder to provide adjoining of inclined bottom of second semicylinder to base of rotor slot. Middle cylinder and inner cylinder installed for rotation are provided with ports to let in working mixture into combustion chamber and bypass ports to discharge burning working mixture.
