SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumps designed for transfer of oil in lubrication and hydraulic control systems of machines, particularly, turbines, operating at high consumption of oil. Submersible centrifugal pump has at least one impeller cantilever mounted on elongated drive shaft with vertical axis of rotation and enclosed in tubular post of housing with suction and delivery chambers. Grooves and ridges on surface of drive shaft form a pattern. Grooves can be arranged longitudinally relative to shaft axis. Grooves or ridges can be arranged circularly over shaft circumference. Grooves or ridges can pass over spiral line. Grooves and ridges can pass over two spiral lines with opposite hand of helix, intersecting with each other. Such projections on surface break solidity of adhesive layer of oil. EFFECT: reduced hydraulic losses of oil and provision of removal of air bubbles from oil. 5 cl, 7 dwg
