FIELD: measurement technology, systems of tactile sensing of industrial robots. SUBSTANCE: force cell includes hollow package 1 which upper part carries flange 2 and which low part has thread. Mobile rod 3 and permanent magnets 4, 5 oriented with like poles one relative another are positioned inside package 1. One magnet is capable of translation and the other magnet is made fast to plug 6. Slot 7 is cut in face of plug 6 and it is joined to package 1 with the help of thread. Upper surface of flange 2 and face surfaces of magnets 4, 5 are coated by metallized layer and form two capacitors with one common plate that is connected to generator 9 of alternating voltage, two other plates are correspondingly connected to inputs of rectifiers 10, 11 which outputs are connected to input of adder 14 via filters 12, 13 and which output is connected to amplifier 15. Force cell package is made of dielectric and nonmagnetic material. EFFECT: simplified design of force cell. 2 dwg
