FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing shaped as horse shoe having vestibular and oral parts. The parts are connected with soldered curved segments of orthodontic wire. Grooves all along the device casing are available on the internal surfaces of the vestibular and oral parts matching pericervical tooth zone and having inclined lateral walls. The grooves are filled with drug and the device is applied to mandible for 30-40 min. EFFECT: high accuracy in fitting system parts to each other; immobilizing teeth without destroying occlusion and elevating bite line. 3 dwg
