FIELD: equipment used, mainly in extremal conditions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes cylinder having two cavities of different diameter; said cavities are separated one from another by means of movable washer and they are mutually connected through duct. Piston with rod is arranged in cylinder with possibility of being driven by pressure source. Piston is joined with actuating mechanism. Washer placed in front of piston engages with piston. Diameter of washer exceeds that of piston. Stoppers are provided in order to limit motion of washer inside cylinder in end zone of working stroke of cylinder. EFFECT: improved design allowing to reduce pressure in damping cavity of apparatus. 1 dwg
