SUBSTANCE: invention provides gasifiers consisting of mixture of aluminum particles with liquid phase containing surfactants, in particular hydrophilic agents. More particularly, gasifier consisting of aluminum powder, white spirit, and nonionic surfactant is prepared by way of dry grinding of aluminum powder followed by mixing resulting face powder with white spirit to solid-to-liquid ratio 1:(1-4) and concentration to content of solid particles at least 50%. Surfactant (OP-7 or OP-10) can be added to white spirit before mixing with face powder in amount 1-4% of the weight face powder.
