FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: power unit primarily used in cogeneration power stations has steam-turbine plant, turbine condenser with cooling circuit and back-pressure steam condensate outlet line running to boiler- unit feedwater line incorporating heat exchangers with drain pipelines; feedwater circulating pipeline running to turbine condenser, and makeup treatment (such as chemical treatment) assembly connected to regenerative feedwater heating system. Power unit is equipped with additional heat exchanger whose heating circuit is included in feedwater recirculating pipeline and heated loop, to coolant or working medium supply line running to low-potential heat loads such as to makeup supply line delivering makeup water to water treatment assembly or to other auxiliaries (to makeup line of heat supply systems, primarily open ones). Drain lines of at least part of mentioned heat exchangers in feedwater line are connected to feedwater circulating line upstream of additional heat exchanger.
