FIELD: mechanical engineering; measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has loading unit having force-carrying frame, active and passive clamping members, loading drive, sample elongation gage, electric unit for measuring force magnitude and unit for measuring elongation. The sample elongation gage has electromechanical screw drive unit, elastic bending-compliant small beam covered with glued strain gage transducers and circular multirevolution scanning electric transducers. The screw drive is mounted on force-carrying frame in parallel to machine force line. The small beam is rigidly attached to screw drive nut and its other end has clamp for fixing it on sample under test. The scanning electric transducer is rigidly attached to the strain gage transducers of the small beam. The scanning electric transducer is electrically connected to the unit for measuring elongation of sample under study. EFFECT: wide range of applications; high accuracy of measurements. 1 dwg
