FIELD: medicine, radiation diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: one should determine the values of bone tissue mineral density (BTMD). Additionally, one should detect the rate of ultrasound distribution in a bone and a wide-band deterioration of ultrasound. Index for bone tissue density is calculated (ID). At lower difference between BTMD value in a tested patient and average BTMD value in a healthy 40- aged person being above one standard deviation and ID value being lower or equal to 67% a tested patient is referred to a risk group for osseous fractures at vibration disease. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. 1 tbl
