FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: under visual control one should determine the sites to introduce manipulatory trocars NN 3 and 4. The length of a cholecyst, localization of its cervix and bottom should be determined. One should determine the region to insert a laparoscope by taking into consideration the projections onto anterior abdominal wall - for a cholecyst in its usual state and in maximal cephalic traction. Access N 2 is detected by taking into consideration the working length of a laparoscope. The method enables to determine optimal accesses for fulfillment of laparoscopic cholecystectomy by taking into account topographoanatomic and constitutional anatomic variants of a cholecyst and a liver.
