FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for pre-operative estimation of performeability of mini-laparotomic cholecystectomy surgery. Determined is anatomotopographic type of patient's constitution, which determines specificity of gallbladder bottom and neck location with respect of medium line and lower edge of coastal margin with further account of variability of gallbladder bottom and neck projection on anterior abdominal wall. In case if gallbladder neck is located in geometrical centre of supposed cut, length of operation wound taking into account maximal traction is not less than 5 and not more than 9.0 cm, wound depth - from 10 to 15.0 cm, angle of operation action axis inclination - not less than 50 and not more than 100, surgery should be considered efficient. The longer the distance from geometrical centre of supposed cut to projection of gallbladder neck on skin and the greater the depth of operation wound, the less angle of operation action axis inclination, the more dangerous id surgery.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of complications, reduce healing term.
