FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: intraoperational situation in every patient is modeled with the help of three-dimensional computer virtual pattern to observe gallbladder' spacing in abdominal cavity and localization of points to introduce operational instruments at anterior abdominal wall. Characteristics for operational accesses should be registered by the border of gallbladder's spacing in abdominal cavity both in horizontal and vertical planes. Points for vertical projection of cervix and bottom of gallbladder are detected onto the skin of anterior abdominal wall at maximum cephalic traction of gallbladder's bottom, the depth of gallbladder's cervix and bottom positions in its operational position. One should register spacing for puncturing points for four trocars and two additional points characterizing the borders of gallbladder's projection onto abdominal wall.
