FIELD: medicine, abdominal surgery, pancreatic traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should perform distal pancreatic resection. Detached jejunal ansa is directed into an omental bursa. Anastomosis is applied between pancreatic stump and jejunum. Moreover, at mobilization and resection one should use radio-frequency waves at the mode of resection and coagulation. Parasympathetic pancreatic denervation is carried out. One should withdraw an oral end of detached ansa onto anterior abdominal wall. The method provides prophylaxis of pancreonecrosis.
