FIELD: practice of one-moment spot thermit welding. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in hot molding of laminated material. Powder of thermoplastic polymer is introduced in the material layers in contour, and hot molding is conducted at least by two molding electrodes, one of the molding electrodes is heated. Prior to molding, a heat- conducting in-process spacer is installed between the heated molding electrode and the fastened laminated material.
