SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of piperazine and piperidine of the general formula (I) where G means carbon or nitrogen atom; A is taken among (i) phenyl substituted with group COOH, -CO-NH₂, -COO-CH₃, -CN, NH₂ or CO-CH₃; (ii) naphthyl, benzo-furanyl and quinolinyl; or group of the formula (iii) R¹; C₁-C₆ is taken among hydrogen atom, branched or linear C₁-C₆-alkyl, C₁-C₆- alkenyl, -CO-(R⁹, R¹⁰, R¹³, R¹⁴, R¹⁷, R¹⁸-alkyl); each of R¹ means independently values indicated for C₅-C₁₀; B means substituted or unsubstituted aromatic, optionally substituted -hydroaromatic residue. Invention describes also pharmaceutical composition based on claimed compounds. Compounds show analgetic activity and can be used in therapy for pain relieve.
