FIELD: technetium separation out of nitrate solution by cathode deposition of technetium at electrolysis. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of denitration of technetium nitrate solution; controlling pH before electrolysis in range (5.5 -7.5); carrying out electrolysis in given range of cathode potential. Relation of surface area S of cathode to volume of technetium solution for electrolysis may be in range (0.25 -0.50) 1/cm. Denitration is realized at using formic acid, formaldehyde, oxalic acid, methanol, ethanol, sugar or organic compounds including one or more groups selected from group containing -OH,-COH,-COOH at presence of catalyst in order to obtain technetium solution with low content of nitrates or without them at all. EFFECT: increased electric current yield of technetium out of nitrate solutions. 13 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 14 ex
