FIELD: selective electric fluorination of alloys and mixtures of metals. SUBSTANCE: selective electric fluorination is conducted by way of anode reaction with one component of alloy or mixture of metals at least with the aid of anode voltage that is applied to melt in bath with melted fluorides. Set for electric fluorination has bath with metal cathode, anode box filled with load of alloy or mixture of metals, diaphragm separating anode and cathode spaces, anode lead to load, gear to heat or cool bath, gear to trap volatile fluorinated products. EFFECT: avoidance of necessity of manipulations with gaseous fluorine, simplified distillation and rectification operations. 13 cl, 1 dwg
