FIELD: conversion of chemical energy of fuel into mechanical energy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of processing of liquid and gaseous fuels for internal combustion engines, diesel engines, jet engines, turbines. Proposed device is essentially square frame with split inside which members connected with frame are placed. Frame and members are made of electrically conducting material. Square frame is inscribed in circle. Peculiarities of inter connection or frame members are given in invention claim.
