FIELD: aeronautical engineering; estimation of unbalance of helicopter main rotors secured on fuselage at different height. SUBSTANCE: unbalance of each main rotor is determined through successive measurement of fuselage vibration amplitude in hovering mode due to unbalance of main rotors and setting on one of rotors longitudinal and transversal test unbalance in turn; unbalance is determined by mathematical expression given in Specification.
