FIELD: wireless radio communication. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with proposed method mobile station sends common channel message with request for assignment of channel to transmit following common channel message and base station sends reply message containing identifier of accessible channel to message received from mobile station. Then mobile station transmits next message into channel assigned with distributed identifier of channel by way of analysis of reply message. Technical result achieved by realization of invention consists in minimized loss of messages caused by message competition between mobile stations, in enhanced carrying capacity of common-user channel and in fast transmission of messages.
