FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves bringing pancreas stump through an opening in small intestine mesentery. Circular purse-string suture is placed on the mesentery edge of the small intestine loop. Two interrupted sutures are put on the posterior sheet of the parietal peritoneum. Purse-string suture thread is fixed near the base of the pancreas stump. Pancreas duct is sutured into adducting and abducting segments of the small intestine loop. Small intestine anastomosis is formed. EFFECT: prevented inconsistency of the pacreaticointestinal anastomosis. 4 dwg
