FIELD: medicine, applicable in destruction of concrements in organism cavities, mainly, stones in biliferous and urinary systems. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction of distal part of device for destruction of concrements into organism cavity and its bringing to concrement. Flexible member connected with striker is connected with member for its tension, and stretching of flexible is effected by pulling of member for tension. Then tension member is disconnected from flexible member, and flexible member is again connected with tension member. Said process of connection, stretching and disconnection is repeated by cycles up to destruction of stone. In so doing, concrement is acted upon by striker. Device for method embodiment has flexible body accommodating flexible member and striker connected with flexible member, with striker motion along longitudinal axis relative to body. Flexible member has connector for connection with member for tensioning of flexible member, and device for connection and disconnection of flexible member, and member for tensioning of flexible member. Version of method is distinguished by operation of concrement catching by means of catching device. Version of device is distinguished by design of catching device in the form of basket with nose on distal end having flexible branches interwoven in the form of flexible tie. In other version, device has device for stretching of flexible member, guide striker and member located in body and having limiters. EFFECT: higher efficiency of concrement destruction. 26 cl, 7 dwg
