FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for lithotripsy of concrements in bile ducts. Lithotripsy is performed after the main stages of retrograde cholangiopancreatography. Exposure by electric pulses is performed with an amplitude of voltage pulses of 3 kV, with an energy of 0.5 J in a pulse. Operation mode – single pulses of 1 Hz. Concrement is fixed by means of a device including a source of electrical pulses connected to a flexible probe to transmit them to bile ducts. Flexible probe is a two-channel tube, in one of the channels of which an endoscopic basket is placed on a flexible cable. Basket is equipped with wire jaws to grip the concrement or fragments thereof. In the other channel, a flexible electrode, delivering electric pulses directly to the concrement fixed to the basket, is movably disposed. Proximal end of the two-channel tube is equipped with a Y-shaped port, in one of the leads of which a tube with an electrode is fixed, and in the other one – a control mechanism of the endoscopic basket.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides reduced invasiveness, traumatism and number of complications during lithotripsy.
