FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: when performing laparoscopic operation under visual control, concrement is caught and fixed by means of basket. Then laser waveguide is brought to concrement and laser contact lithotripsy is performed by means of YAG-Ho laser irradiation with wavelength of 2.09 mcm in pulse regime with frequency of 5-10 Hz and radiation energy of 0.5-1.0 Joule.
EFFECT: reduction of traumaticity and labour intensiveness of operation, shortening of operation duration and elimination of injury of bile-duct wall.
