FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes simultaneous treatment with the following physical factors: urethral treatment with magnetic field of INTRAMAG apparatus with frequency of 1 Hz with daily increase of frequency by 1 Hz; urethral electrophoresis with medicinal solutions and rectal warming at temperature from 41 to 45 C with 15-min procedure and during 5-6 procedures, and subsequent transition to simultaneous treatment; rectal magnetotherapy with frequency of 7 Hz and weekly increase of frequency by 1 Hz, rectal electrophoresis and urethral warming of prostatic part of urethra with temperature from 41 to 45 C, with 15-min duration of procedure, and during 5-6 procedures.
