FIELD: medicine, ophthalmosurgery. SUBSTANCE: crystalline lens is removed, artificial IOL is implanted, goniosynechiolysis is carried out under the control of goniolens. Moreover, goniosynechiolysis is alternated with a dosed traction of radical iridal part being fulfilled with an instrument by one movement: backwards and towards pupil's center. After division by goniosynechia an angle of anterior chamber is opened by applying fixing sutures onto iridal pupil's edge or in a ciliary area behind a toothed vallum.
