FIELD: medicine, in particular, equipment for introducing medicinal drugs into organism. SUBSTANCE: inflatable cuff is composed of individual hermetically sealed sections arranged in succession one behind another on proximal end of endotracheal tube, perforated casing, which embraces all cuff sections, and portion of endotracheal tube adjoining said sections and arranged at tube end opposite to said proximal end. Cuff is provided with catheter for supplying medicinal drugs to perforated casing and with catheters for each individual cuff section. Individual catheters are adapted for creating pressures ranging between pressure required for hermetically sealing trachea and pressure required for recovery of adequate blood current in trachea wall. EFFECT: increased efficiency by reduced level of pathophysiological variations in organism as a reaction to tracheal intubation. 1 dwg
