FIELD: medicine, in particular, equipment for introducing medicine drug into organism. SUBSTANCE: endotracheal tube has cuff and cuff blowing catheter, pressure controlling and optimizing balloon, and device for connecting endotracheal tube to controlled lung ventilation apparatus. Two radial annular channels made in endotracheal tube wall in the vicinity of cuff are connected via apertures with tube outer surface. Endotracheal tube is provided with auxiliary catheter for supplying topical anesthetic. Auxiliary catheter is connected with its one end to radial annular channels. Topical anesthetic is supplied via one annular radial channel to cuff and larynx mucosa contact zone and to lower parts of respiratory tracts, and via other annular radial channel to laryngopharynx. EFFECT: increased efficiency by reduced laryngofaryngeal reflex in the process of employment of endotracheal tube. 2 dwg
