SUBSTANCE: anti-reflexive endotracheal tube has case with proximal and distal ends, inflatable cuff disposed at distal end of case of endotracheal tube, inflatable cuff's catheter and medicinal preparations irrigation gadget. Irrigation gadget is made in form of catheter for feeding medicinal preparations, lateral ring-shaped channel of case of endotracheal tube, lateral ring-shaped channel of inflatable cuff and longitudinal channel. Through openings are made in external wall of lateral ring-shaped channel of case of endotracheal tube. Through openings are made in external wall of lateral ring-shaped channel of inflatable cuff. Longitudinal channel connects cavity of lateral ring-shaped channel of case of endotracheal tube with cavity of lateral ring-shaped channel of inflatable cuff. Anti-reflexive endotracheal tube helps to reduce risk of toxic reaction of human organism when using local anesthetics during trachea intubations process of trachea; desired degree of arresting of pathological-physiological reactions of organism can be reduced.

EFFECT: reduced risk of usage of local anesthetics.
