HYDROPNEUMATIC PRESS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; applicable in assembly-disassembly of pressed parts. SUBSTANCE: hydropneumatic press has two cylinders with holes for inlet and outlet of compressed air supplied by distributor. One cylinder is made in body of pressing head and has piston and working rod for pressing parts. The other cylinder is a component of booster. It has piston facing air medium and small-diameter plunger located in chamber with oil working medium. Chamber with oil working medium of the first cylinder is communicated with similar chamber of the second cylinder plunger through flexible pipeline, and with its piston cavity, through regulated throttle. Throttle is installed in separating immovable ring where opposite additional rod is located and coaxial to working rod. Mounted on additional rod end is shutoff valve. Spring-loaded shutoff valve member is installed in central hole of additional rod for action of pusher on it, in contact with pressed parts. EFFECT: higher productivity and convenience in press servicing. 3 dwg
