SUBSTANCE: hydraulic cylinder is designed for hydraulic drives of machine tools of automatic lines, lifts and other hydraulically operated mechanisms. hydraulic cylinder has rod passed through covers closing sleeve end faces, sectional piston consisting of two bushings and piston proper, sealing flexible ring to seal piston-to-rod joint, element for axial fixing of piston on rod. Two spotfaced bushings are fitted on solid stepless rod and piston with face and sealing flexible ring installed with axial interference between one of bushings and face of piston to form axial clearance in between are also mounted on rod. Spotfaced surfaces of bushings enclose stop rings installed in rod grooves. EFFECT: simplified design of hydraulic cylinder, reduced overall dimensions and weight. 2 dwg
