SUBSTANCE: blasting device has a blasting container filled with an explosive, heat element located in the container together with the explosive, source for supply of electric power to the heat element, nitromethane is used as an explosive, and the opening side of the blasting container is sealed by a cover component passing a pair of electrodes connected by the heat element made of a substance that is quickly fusable/evaporatable as a result of heating at a temporary supply of electric power to it.
