SUBSTANCE: multifunctional intercom makes it feasible to carry out semi-automatic control over lighting of nonhabitable rooms and outdoor lighting of doorways-automatic switching off of lighting in day time and remote switching on of it for the time while tenants come in night time. Intercom includes photodetector, timers, flip-flop, comparison circuits, modules controlling lighting, generator of successive dialing of apartment numbers, module matching with system of controller and elevator diagnostics, double-step position indicator, speech synthesizer.
