FIELD: private property protection technologies.

SUBSTANCE: each block with protected flats has call block, and each protected flat - inner communication phone and first control panel, connected through duplex communication channel to keyboard-equipped selection block, included with appropriate call block. The latter also has observation video camera, lighting block, microphone, dynamic, presence detector, access control block, made with possible temporary unlocking of block door lock and indication of operation modes of call block using an indicator. Service room of flat block has system control block with microcontroller and service inner phone, connected to duplex communication channel with microcontroller. In some protected flats information displays are mounted and second control panels, connected to duplex communication channel. System control block has symbolic keyboard, service display, video memory block, video digital converter, image analysis block ad solving block. System is used for recognition if images of inhabitants of protected flats.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, broader functional capabilities.
