SUBSTANCE: terminal automatic call processing devices, defined by code division multiple access standards, are modified with inclusion of a 'traffic channel' sub-state which indicates a mobile station processing at least one active call. Terminal automatic call control devices of different types for controlling call processing are provided. The assigned terminal automatic call control device is matched with a specific call and used to control processing of that call. When a directive is received for processing an additional call, one more terminal automatic call control device can be assigned for that additional call.
EFFECT: enabling the system to process multiple calls in a spread-spectrum communication system.
