FIELD: organic chemistry, steroids, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention describes steroids compounds of the formula (I) with different substitution with oxygen atom in steroid ring. Particular functionality presenting in many steroid compounds is substitution with oxygen atom at both positions 6 and 7. For example, some steroids have substitution with oxygen atom at C6 and C7 and some of their have definite stereochemistry, for example, 6α- and 7β-oxygen substitution and alpha-hydrogen at 5-position except for 6α- and 7β-oxygen substitution. Invention describes also steroids having 3,4-epoxy functionality. Except for, invention describes steroids having C17-pyrane and δ- lactone functionality with oxygen substitution at C6 and C7 or at c15 atoms of steroid ring.
