FIELD: anti-ice agents. SUBSTANCE: novel improved liquid composition contains, wt %: propylene glycol base, 35.0- 55.0; water diluent, 44.0-65.0; first nonionic surfactant with hydrophiliclipophilic balance 4 to 17, from 1 ppm to 0.5; second nonionic surfactant with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance 5 to 18, from 1 ppm to 0.5 (the second surfactant having hydrophilic-lipophilic balance by at least two unities higher than the first one and molecular weight superior to that of the first one); polycarboxylate emulsifier, from 1 ppm to 0.5; and pH regulator (between 6 and 10), from 1 ppm to 1. Other compositions described contain ethylene glycol or mixed ethylene glycol/propylene glycol bases in amounts 35.0 to 80.0% and diluent in amount 19.5-65.0%.
